Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Pengawas Konstruksi Berbasis Web Mobile pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Langkat

The Regional Housing and Settlement Areas Office (Disperkim) of Langkat Regency still records and monitors construction project data manually using Microsoft Excel, a practice that slows data entry, increases the risk of recording errors, and prevents the Commitment-Making Officer (PPK) and the Head of Office from tracking project progress in real time. This activity aimed to analyze and design a web mobile-based construction supervision information system for Disperkim Langkat Regency. The system, named Sipetruk, was developed using the Waterfall method covering requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance, and was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams (use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams) together with an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The resulting system is accessible to the Head of Office, the PPK, and field supervisors, and provides features for managing project activity plans, inputting activity realization and progress, calculating plan-realization deviation, and generating activity reports through an admin dashboard and a mobile user interface. The system is expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction project supervision at Disperkim Langkat Regency and to support faster, more accurate decision-making.
